As an exhibitor, you will receive an email with your username and password for your Exhibitor Reserved Area . On this page, you will find information on the various technical and logistical services you may need during the event: forklift, electrical connection, etc.

MATERIALS IN DEPARTURE
Material leaving the Fair must be appropriately packaged and labeled.
Fruit Communication and Nuova Fiera del Levante are not responsible for incorrect packaging and labeling of material left for shipping.
The material to be sent must be delivered to the organizing secretariat on October 22th (from 18.00 pm to 20.00 am) and on October 23th (from 9.00 am to 18.00 pm)
The material must be collected from the courier no later than 24:17.00 PM on October XNUMXth.
We remind you not to send valuable materials: Fruit Communication Srl and Nuova Fiera del Levante Srl cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.
The final invoice must be paid by September 4, 2026. Failure to pay will prevent you from exhibiting at the fairgrounds during the event.
The invoice for any additional services booked during the fair will be sent in the days immediately following the conclusion of the event.

Exhibitors can access the exhibition center by generating the entrance ticket in your reserved area.
The same entrance ticket will be valid for the three days of the fair.

Each stand has a number. Follow the signs in the pavilion to get there.

During the event, the opening hours for exhibitors are as follows: 20, 21 and 22 October 2026 – from 8.00 to 19.00.
Access for fitters on the assembly days (from 15 to 19 October 2026) and dismantling days (23 and 24 October 2026) will take place from the Agriculture entrance after sending the following information to amministrazione@luvfiera.com :
- Company name of the outfitter
- License plate and model of vehicles that will access the facility
- Names of the exhibitor's employees who will access the exhibition pavilion
- Exhibitor reference
- Set-up days and times.
This information must be communicated by October 9, 2026.
If you need furniture or “last minute” services for your stand, you can order them from Organizing Secretariat,
located inside the pavilion.
Please note that some furnishings or services may no longer be available.
To request equipment suitable for transporting heavy goods (cranes, forklifts, etc.), please complete the service request form in the dedicated area.
Please note: the form must be completed by October 2nd . After this date, there may be availability issues.
It will be possible to set up or dismantle after the official opening hours with prior authorization from the Nuova Fiera del Levante Authority.
The cost will be charged entirely to the exhibitor who requests it.
Access to the pavilion during the event is permitted only upon presentation of the Exhibitor Entrance Ticket.
At the end of the day, please transfer the contents of your stand's bins into garbage bags and place them outside your stand, at the edge of the aisle.
Every evening, at the end of the fair, the electrical panel must be turned off and the water connections closed.
Go to the Organizing Secretariat located inside the pavilion and request a Temporary Entry by Vehicle permit.
On the last day of the fair (October 22, 2026), after closing time, you may only remove merchandise from your stand manually or with a trolley. Vehicles are not permitted in the halls. Please vacate your stand as soon as possible to facilitate dismantling.
WARNING: Never leave valuables unattended at the stand. Fruit Communication Srl and Nuova Fiera del Levante Srl cannot be held responsible for any damage or theft.
The rules you must follow to participate in the fair are outlined in the "General Contract Conditions" and the "Technical Regulations of the Fiera del Levante." You can find these documents in the Forms section, further down this page.

Return of stands
At the end of the Event and not before closing time, Exhibitors may proceed with dismantling and removing the products and materials they have installed and remove them from the exhibition area.
I demobilization works may take place from 18.00 20.00 di Thursday October 22 2026.
In the two days following the end of the Demonstration, that is 23 and 24 October 2026, the time for carrying out the procedures for clearing away materials and subsequent dismantling of the stands is from 9am to 10pm. 8.00 pm 20.00.
Exhibitors are required to carry out all clearing operations no later than 20.00 pm on 24 October 2026.

Each exhibiting company is entitled to 1 or 2 Parking Passes depending on the size of the stand.
Exhibitors can park inside the exhibition complex in area 47 West, accessing from the building entrance, after collecting the Parking Pass from the Organizing Secretariat.

Return of stands
